Grand Mound History Center

A place of mystery and beauty, Grand Mound has a visitor center with exhibits, audio/visual programs, and hands on activities for the visitor. Over two miles of nature trails and a picnic area. The building, trails, and picnic area are all handicap accessible. Owned and operated by the Minnesota Historical Society, the site is located 17 miles west of International Falls on Hwy 11.
Open May through Labor Day.

State of the art facility will preserve and educate all visitors about the history of Koochiching County with well researched and exciting exhibits. The Bronko Nagurski Museum is a lasting tribute to an outstanding man, athlete, and citizen. It is the first modern museum in America dedicated to an individual football player.
